Trang Tran - NDIS Support Coordinator

Trang graduated from RMIT University in 2007 and has worked for the department of families, fairness and housing and Vincentcare Victoria.

She has accumulated over 15 years of experience as a case manager and team leader. Trang has facilitated various programs such as homelessness, mental health, alcohol and other drugs, youth, clients with disabilities, HCP and abstinence support rehabilitation program.

Trang is passionate about her line of work because it reflects her beliefs and views. She believes in society where having a disadvantage should not prevent you from living a fulfilled and decent life.
