A workshop for teachers, teacher trainees and experienced students on Friday 12 followed by a General Level weekend workshop open to all students on 13 + 14 September.

Our seasonal workshop is steadily approaching - currently just under 3 weeks away and will be held the weekend prior to the Easter weekend.

This workshop coincides with culmination of the Pink Full Moon - the full moon perfects literally minutes after the Sunday session concludes.
All full moons energetically support releasing anything that is weighing you down, whether that be physical, emotional, mentally or spiritually.

Through the lens of backbends, this is an opportunity to open the heart and clear blockages, specifically in the mental and emotional sheaths of the self.

Reflect upon what you may like to release at this time, what no longer serves a purpose, or what may be holding you back from achieving your
longer term goals.
Bringing these reflections consciously to the workshop will provide the opportunity to literally unburden yourself of these unwanted energies and redirect the course of your life.

This workshop is open to all General Level students including those students who have recently completed the Foundation Course.

NEW GENERAL LEVEL CLASS !

Monday Evenings
7 - 8.15pm
Commences March 17

I am pleased to announce we have a third class being added to our weekly schedule, commencing Monday March 17 🙂

This class is open to all General Level students, those who have completed the Foundation Course or equivalent and can be attended with your regular Class Pass.

This class will be instructed in a Led Practice style when possible. Led Practice is a sequence of poses that are demonstrated (practiced) and timed by the teacher, with minimal instruction and alternative poses given where necessary. This method cultivates an internally directed focus, a quieter, more meditative effect, and allows the learnings to integrate more deeply into the self.

There will be sessions on occasion where the class
will be taught in the regular style if any of the students participating do not yet have sufficient experience to follow the Led Practice method.

Monday night classes have been added to the booking platform.

to start the new year afresh, grounded, energised and inspired.

The moon is in its new phase, within Capricorn season, so there is an emphasis on setting and initiating long term plans, reflecting upon how we spend our time and how to better utilise it, stepping into our authority to steadily approach the summit of a long held dream, vowing to persevere - regardless of the challenges - until we reach our destination.

Yoga is the path by which we get clear, align to our inner truth and hone our perception of the best way forward supporting us to stay on track.
