HAPPY NEW YEAR ALL!

Welcome 2026 😊

I hope you’re all having a beautiful, inspired, nourishing, restful and sun soaked festive season.

Next week, commencing Monday January 12, we have our 5 day New Year Early Morning Intensive which will run from 7am - 9am each week day.

This beautiful cactus burst into flower coinciding with a visit to my dear friends property in Barwite. She only flowers 4 days of the year so it felt like a true blessing and a wonderful omen of things to come, to witness these star like blooms explode when I was visiting there over the New Year transition.

We have a very exciting year planned ahead with the launch of new programs that will support your progress upon your yoga path. Yoga as a practice, shines its light - illuminating, integrating and imbuing all that it touches.

The more we embrace the practice, the more attuned we are to our soul’s purpose and the more courage we have to live the joyousness of it.
