Sexy Male Fragrance coming in HOT!!

I’v lost count the amount of times people tell Dave how good he smells! 😉😍

His signature scent has always been the limited edition Amavi Blend by DoTERRA. Luckily we haven’t ever run out - until now….

This week I whipped up my own DIY version and refilled all his empty rollers.

Now he has given it the tick of approval I can confidently share it here.

5 drops each of:
Frankincense
Patchouli
Balsam Fir (or Siberian Fir)
Sandalwood
Black Pepper

Optional if you have them:
Hinoki
Buddha Wood

Fill up with fractionated coconut oil.

This will cost $12.50 per roller made. An absolute steel compared to big brand synthetic fragrances.

Celebrating 8 years in business.

Yesterday marked an 8 year relationship with DoTERRA.

Here are 8 things that having my own business has taught me:

💕 Building a business will bring more than income. It also brings growth. Get ready to become a better version of yourself

💕 Never quit on a bad day.

💕 Let your values guide you. If something doesn’t feel right - you are the boss and you get to make the rules.

💕 A flower doesn’t bloom all year round. You will have times where you may feel stuck, un motivated or creatively flat.
Its a season and you will bloom again.

💕 You approve your own leave. Make sure you have both scheduled breaks and boundaries. Nobody will do it for you.

💕 Your self care and your personal energy will have a positive impact on your business success and growth. Priorities these first.

💕 Collaborations, Colleagues and Customers can become life long friends. Your business can for-fill you in many ways

💕 Do things that your future self will thank you for. Business can be alot to juggle. Investing a little time to organize, have systems or bank things ahead (content, promotions or even meals) will save alot of stress.

Im making mud pies with my Mummy!

This morning we stocked up our toilet cleaning pods.

We double the recipie to fill these 2 trays.

Today we used 15 drops tea tree + 15 drops Lemon Eucalyptus for the fresh scent and antibacterial nature

I love that doing this from a young age means shes more likely to continue the habit later in life.

Let these set and dry.
Keep in an air tight container and use one or 2 when cleaning the loo.

It actually works!

Yesterday I caught up with one of my besties and she shared just how much she has been using and loving her oils this summer break.

Im particular she mentioned Siberian Fir. She has been using it on her feet as a beautiful massage.

An oil of generational healing, circulation and also tissue repair.

What tumbled off her lips made me LOL

“IT ACTUALLY WORKS!!!” She exclaimed *que my giggle.

Of course it does - I replied!

I wasn’t laughing at her - but I laughed because Its not the first time someone has confessed their surprise at the power of the oils.

Particularly when you use them in one part of the body and then, masterfully the body intelligently transports it to the place its needed most - regardless of its location.

I have a saying. “Im never surprised but always delighted”.

Having had many of these convos in 7 years I’m curious to collect more of your stories.

This week I had a voice message from one of my best friends and it started off with “Hey beautiful, i hope your well, I’m reaching out for a bit of a pep talk if I’m honest”

In that moment i felt like i had won the bloody lottery.

We dont ask for help enough in life and the fact that she knew i was a safe place to do so…. 🥹🙌🏻

Also, what a compliment that she thought i could actually help.

What she was feeling was really common so i thought id share what i told her incase you need a pep talk too.

1. You have a fu***ng amazing gift!! You already have evidence of this. Dont believe me? Go find the feedback forms, testimonials and text messages and be reminded of your brilliance.

2. What ever you do now your future self will thank you. Taking some action, any action will make sure 2023 starts smoother. Set yourself up now or you wont feel momentum until march.

3. You have gotten comfortable. Thats fine because you needed that season but you are now in a new one for growth and risk again. Your safe, you have done this before.

4. Let your community help you. What you do is valuable and people cant help but tell others. Spaces will be filled, orders will be made.

5. It doesn’t need to be perfect and if the worst thing happened you could handle it.

You know what. In the time between her leaving me the message and then me replying she had done 90% or realized of the above on her own 🤭

Moral of the story. One - Deep down, you already have the answers and two - its always ok to ask for a pep talk ❤️
