is a common issue faced by many people who work desk jobs for long hours. 🙁😣 Sitting in the same position for extended periods of time can strain your back muscles and lead to discomfort. Here are some tips to alleviate :

Stretch regularly throughout the day - even simple movements like shoulder rolls and calf raises can help loosen tight muscles.

Stand up and move around - invest in a standing desk, take short walks whenever possible to counteract the effects of sitting.

Strengthen your core and back muscles to provide more support for your spine. Try planks, supermans and side planks.

Maintain a good posture - use a lumbar posture roll, adjust your chair height, keep screen at eye level and avoid slouching. 👍
