Something I get asked all the time is if everyone can experience hypnosis. The answer is yes! In fact, hypnosis is a natural state of relaxation and we all go in and out of hypnosis several times per day. You know when you’re staring off into space? Hypnosis. You know when you’re driving somewhere and all of a sudden you have no idea how you got that far along the road? Hypnosis. Or those moments right before you fall asleep or wake up? Yep, hypnosis.
So yes, we can all experience the deep state of relaxation we call hypnosis. There is no right or wrong way to do it. Some people feel deeply relaxed, and others feel more aware. However you experience it is perfect.
And no… it’s not mind control. I promise I can’t make you click like a chicken.
