Ever noticed how your tummy has a whole personality when life gets loud!!

Your gut is basically the friend who texts in ALL CAPS the moment things feel too much. You know who you are!

You know that fluttery feeling in your tummy when something big is coming up. Yep! Me too!

It can feel like tiny acrobats have set up a circus in there😬. The funny thing is nothing is wrong, your body is simply getting you ready for something that matters.

Butterflies often show up when you are stepping into something new or meaningful. It might feel uncomfortable but it is really just your body becoming more alert, more aware and a little more switched on than usual.

Once you understand that the feeling has a purpose, it becomes a lot less scary and a lot more “Oh that makes sense.”

Your tummy is not trying to stress you out. It is trying to support you. Butterflies are a sign that your body is paying attention and preparing you for whatever is coming next.

It is amazing how fast people pay attention the moment we talk about p**p 😂 💩

Kids, teens, adults… suddenly everyone becomes very interested in what their body is trying to say.

P**p is one of the easiest ways to teach real body awareness. It shows stress, hydration, food choices and gut health in a way people actually understand.

The best part is that they remember it because it is fun, a bit silly and makes perfect sense once you explain it.

When kids see us slowing down, tasting our food, laughing at the dinner table or even enjoying dessert without guilt, they learn something powerful. They learn that food isn’t something to fear or control, it’s something to enjoy and understand.

Every meal becomes a chance to show them balance, awareness and self respect in action. It’s not about perfect nutrition, it’s about creating healthy relationships with food and with themselves. 💚

When I started writing this book, I thought I was just telling my story. Turns out, I was also rewriting it. 💚

What began as a few memories about panic and overthinking became a full-on healing session with my younger self. I laughed, I cried, I overanalysed every sentence, and somewhere in there, I finally realised my body was never the enemy. It was always trying to keep me safe.

Anxiety, The Best Teacher You Never Asked For became so much more than I expected. It’s not just about anxiety. It’s about understanding yourself, finding softness in the chaos, and realising you’ve been doing better than you think.

What if learning about health didn’t feel like learning at all? 🍎

In my workshops, kids aren’t just sitting and listening. They’re moving, laughing, experimenting and discovering what’s really going on inside their amazing bodies.

They see how their tummy works, taste the rainbow of foods, and leave with a new sense of confidence and curiosity about what fuels them.

When you start to listen, you’ll notice how much calmer, lighter and more focused you feel.

Ever noticed how your tummy tightens when you’re overwhelmed or how food feels heavy when you’re rushing? That’s your body saying, “Hey, I need a minute.”

When we eat on the go, multitask, or stress-scroll between bites, our body can’t absorb food the way it should. It’s not just about what you eat, it’s how your nervous system feels while you eat it.

So next time you sit down for a meal, take a few deep breaths, chew slowly and let your body feel safe enough to do its job. Your gut (and your mood) will thank you later. 🌿
