Ever had that moment mid-show when you literally drop your guts? Oops! 🤭

The kids thought this was HILARIOUS and honestly, so did I! That’s why I love wearing my digestive vest. I get to pull out all the weird and wonderful organs, show kids how food breaks down, and explain how those amazing nutrients get absorbed.

I tell them our veins are like little roads weaving through the body, carrying fuel everywhere so we can feel our best. And here’s the kicker: we are NOT what we eat… we are what we absorb!

Tomorrow is our last day at Mt Ommaney šŸŽ‰ we’d love to see you there. Some kids have even come back seven times (yes, seven!) because they can’t get enough of how fun learning about their body can be. Parents are telling us their kids are taking it all in and loving it too.

Nutrition doesn’t have to be boring it can be fun, messy, and laugh-out-loud unforgettable. Come join us for our final shows tomorrow and see what all the excitement is about!

Think ā€œnutritionā€ means boring lectures for your kids and forcing down green smoothies? Think again.

I know a lot of parents hear the word nutrition and instantly picture their kids turning up their noses. But here’s the thing… when you make it fun, interactive, and a little silly… kids actually LOVE it.

That’s why my holiday workshops aren’t about ā€œhealthy eatingā€ (in quotes, because ugh). They’re about food detectives, mystery taste challenges, rainbows, funny hats, and games that sneak in real life skills.

Because here’s the truth: when kids laugh, play, and experiment with food, they actually start to get it… not just what to eat, but how their body works and how to slow down and listen. That’s the magic.

And honestly, if it wasn’t fun, schools wouldn’t keep asking me back year after year. And we wouldn’t be seeing the same kids on repeat at the shops šŸ˜‰ We see you!

This is our last week running FREE shows at Mt Om. Most people pay to come to these sessions, but thanks to Mount Ommaney Centre, you can just walk in with your kids and join the fun. Don’t miss it!

Big shout out and thank you to Mt Om for making it possible. šŸ’›

What happens when you bring a pro chef into kids’ workshops? Extra colour, extra fun, and plenty of delicious taste-testing!

I’ve teamed up with for these two weeks because our school holiday workshops are all about food… smoothies, dips, and rainbow flavours galore and who better to create the magic with than Jan?

A huge shout-out to Woolworths Mt Ommaney, our major sponsor for the next two weeks. šŸ™Œ

We’ve been having a blast in the mornings before you arrive, picking out the freshest produce to chop, blend, and prepare for your kids.

🌈 Today is our last day of Eat the Rainbow as we move into digestion and mindful eating next week! Come down and join us for a taste of the rainbow before we roll into next week’s weird & wonderful surprises.

You won’t believe what this veggie turned into today at Mount Ommaney Centre…

Yes, that’s me rocking out with an artichoke microphone. šŸŽ¤šŸ˜‚ (Apparently veggies aren’t just nutritious, they double as stage props!)

One kid said it looked like a mic, another thought it was a bouquet of flowers… and someone else suggested it belonged in a bird bath. So really, it was less ā€œartichokeā€ and more ā€œarty-joke.ā€ šŸ˜‰

This week we’ve had so much fun juggling and playing with unusual fruits and veggies, and next week I’m bringing in a whole new batch of mystery foods to see if I can stump even the adults.

What’s the weirdest fruit or veggie YOU’VE ever tried? Tell me below and I might sneak it into the line-up!

People often forget that I’m not just a nutritionist… I’m a mum too. And not just any mum… a mum of two growing boys who are both almost taller (and hungrier!) than me!

Today, Tyler and Liam came along to help at my workshop. They’ve literally watched my business grow from a scrappy idea into something real and fun and today, they became part of it.

At first, they were nervous (totally normal first-day jitters), but once we got rolling they were stamping kids in at the entry, handing out plushies, and running the front like pros. The best part? We wrapped up on time and came home for a swim. šŸŠā€ā™‚ļø

I asked if they’d like to do it again and Liam said, ā€œMum, my legs are sore.ā€ A lot different to sitting down gaming with your mates.

Of course, having teenage boys to help out for the day might actually cost me more… every break they were off buying food. (That’s the real business expense no one warns you about šŸ˜‚).

But honestly? To show them what’s possible that you can have a dream, build it, and watch it change lives… that’s the best gift I could give them.

So proud. šŸ’š

Who knew eating the rainbow could taste THIS fun?!

Day 1 at and we kicked things off with our Eat the Rainbow workshop!

I’ll be honest – it looked a little different to my usual rainbow shows in schools as we adjusted for a new space and timing, so I was a tad nervous trying something new. But by the last session today? We absolutely NAILED it šŸ™Œ a big thank you for helping me pull this together.

From colourful smoothies to vibrant dips, plus some craft, and a whole lot of laughs with the amazing Chef Jan … it was a hit! We even had some kids come back for another round.

Big thanks to and for providing the freshest produce to bring the rainbow alive šŸŒˆšŸ„šŸ“šŸ„’

We’re running Eat the Rainbow all week until Saturday. Next week will be my digestive show and some mindful eating.

So grab the kids, bring your curiosity, and come join us for tastings, fun-filled shows, and rainbow magic.

Fruit or Veggie? Sweet or Savoury?
Tell me which team are you on?

As it gets warmer, one of the easiest ways I get fruits and veggies into my kids (any myself) is:

✨ Smoothies & Frozen Desserts
Think of them like magic potions… you can throw almost anything in! Frozen berries, bananas, even frozen cauliflower!. Bonus: freeze leftovers in ice cube trays and re-use in your next blend. Add probiotics or whole food powders for an extra boost. And sprinkle with seeds and nuts.

✨ Dips, Dips, Dips!
If cold drinks aren’t your vibe (my body always prefers warm foods), dips are your best friend by the pool. Hummus or yoghurt for the perfect base…mix in roasted beetroot, sweet potato, or capsicum for colourful, nutrient-packed spreads or what about spinach and basil! Pair with veggie sticks or crackers, and suddenly eating the rainbow looks delicious. 🌈

So… are you a fruit lover or a veggie fan? Sweet tooth or savoury muncher? Drop your answer below.

šŸ‘‰ P.S. If you’ve got kids aged 5–12, come join me at the upcoming nutrition workshops where we’ll be making & tasting all kinds of smoothies and dips!
