Pregnancy has been such a beautifully humbling journey of listening, adjusting, and softening into what my body and nervous system need day by day.
I love exploring tools that feel supportive, but I want to be clear, these aren’t necessities! You can absolutely have a healthy, held pregnancy without any gadgets at all. These are simply my current go-to’s in my journey at the moment, the things that bring me ease, grounding, and a sense of gentle support during a season of big internal change.
✨ Red Light Therapy has been my favourite for a quick daily body reset. Supporting circulation, energy, and giving my skin a little extra love (especially on tired days).
🍵 Tea moments have become non-negotiable little pockets of calm, whether it’s a simple herbal cup for hydration or a slow tea ceremony to land back in my body, it’s the ritual of pausing that makes it medicine.
🌅 After sunset, I’ve been keeping things blue & green light free, opting for natural daylight during the day and softer lighting at night, providing less stimulation. My sleep has thanked me for it and honestly, so have my eyes.
🌿 And then there are flower essences. The subtle but powerful emotional allies. A few drops or a misted blend helps me feel supported from the inside out, especially when emotions feel big or my mind feels busy.
If you’re curious to explore your own pregnancy toolkit, take what resonates, leave what doesn’t, and start with what feels gentle, intuitive, and supportive for you 🤍
I’ll be sharing more along the way - the wins, the changes, the weird symptoms, the tiny routines that help me feel human in it all.
