I’ll be holding the space at Snap fitness Forest Lake tomorrow morning... if your a member come and join me at 7am for a yin practice- releasing tension in our back body concentrating on hips and shoulders.

Yay it’s Sunday.... that means tomorrow is Monday... that means one more sleep till YOGA! Tomorrow we can expect a bit of core and a bit of arm balancing followed by some deep hip openers! It’ll have a few of these .... 🙂

In anticipation of it being cold tomorrow night (apparently down to 2 degrees!) I’m planing a heating class- lots of asanas to get us warm and keep us that way.

Such a lovely morning teaching at Kaizen Yoga at Ripley. Lovely studio with beautiful warm sunshine and welcoming student. Highly recommend it if you are out Ipswich way.
