Weary wow! Drought, bushfires, pandemic, borders opening, fear of Omicron now getting loose, checkins, masks, no masks, floods, floods and floods. And until today, our phones have been malfunctioning for many months. Many people over 40 years of age (including Mrs Charlton) hid from view when the borders opened up to the Mexicans from Sydney and Melbourne in December for fear of being infected. Now it's time to get back to some semblance of normal as the roads open up again. Time to look after ourselves again! Exercise (what a great time of year it is), plenty of good plant food in the diet. Time to take care of our SPINES again. PLEASE take care of yourselves. Resume care from last December, and make time for a spinal checkup! We await your call, on 3074 9566! Dr Keith.
