Here we are in 2026 with the majors presenting themselves indicating a big start to the year. It all depends on how you start as we have lighter energy which helps you set a routine for success. It pays to apply balance and flow into your life. You have been worrying too much and getting caught up in your head. We cannot sustain worry too long as it creates too much stress to our mind and body. Rest that monkey mind, rid yourself of negative influences and you will find life becomes easier. See the positive messages around you instead of the negative. Spend time in meditation each day and be sure to journal the crap away. You could also benefit from using positive affirmations. Words are powerful and the path to manifesting the good. Spending time in nature and time with those people who fill your cup would be a great practice to create that balance and flow. 🙏🏽💜
