Reminder to all that tomorrow (Saturday 02 May) is an Open Day at Our Veteran’s Haven.

If you are free between 10am and 2pm why not drop in to the Haven at 180 Oxley Road Forrestdale to see what programs are available.

There will be tea coffee and some tasty cakes available as well.

Our Veteran’s Haven wood working shop is all ready for Wood Turning classes tomorrow. The weather may be wet, but with our new weather proof blinds we will be dry while we work. We will have six lathes in action.

If the weather is cool it might be the first time this season we flash up the pot belly too.
