PRENATAL YOGA 🤰🏻
The next prenatal course starts on October 19th and runs for 6 weeks on Sundays from 10am - 11:15am.
We focus on self-exploration and connection, building trust and confidence in yourself, your body and your baby as you journey through pregnancy, birth and into motherhood.
The classes include:
- gentle yoga movement
- breathing techniques
- pelvic floor exercises
- meditation and mindfulness
- lots of focus on preparing for birth
- a sharing circle at the start of class
- a weekly theme for reflection
Sunday 19th October - November 30th (no class 2nd Nov long weekend)
Open to a small group of 7 pregnant women
• No previous yoga experience necessary.
• Available to expecting mums between 14 weeks to full term of pregnancy.
• High risk pregnancies require obstetrician approval.
• Course includes an electronic ‘Prenatal Resource Guide’ and Facebook group
