Is anyone else finding it hard to accept that the year is almost over already? 😅

With only 1 more prenatal yoga class left for 2025 I’m beginning to reflect on this incredible year and I’m seriously in awe of all the inspiring mums and divine babies that I’ve had the absolute honour of sharing yoga with 💫🥹
Supporting you through pregnancy and postpartum has been the greatest gift 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

PRENATAL YOGA 🤰🏻

The next prenatal course starts on October 19th and runs for 6 weeks on Sundays from 10am - 11:15am.

We focus on self-exploration and connection, building trust and confidence in yourself, your body and your baby as you journey through pregnancy, birth and into motherhood.

The classes include:
- gentle yoga movement
- breathing techniques
- pelvic floor exercises
- meditation and mindfulness
- lots of focus on preparing for birth
- a sharing circle at the start of class
- a weekly theme for reflection

Sunday 19th October - November 30th (no class 2nd Nov long weekend)



Open to a small group of 7 pregnant women

• No previous yoga experience necessary.
• Available to expecting mums between 14 weeks to full term of pregnancy.
• High risk pregnancies require obstetrician approval.
• Course includes an electronic ‘Prenatal Resource Guide’ and Facebook group

1 WEEK TO GO until our next 4 week block of MUMS & BUBS begins 👶🏼

Mums & Bubs yoga is such a beautiful combo of so many things:

- intentionally slowing down to breathe and connect with your body.

- start to build strength where you need it AKA pelvic floor and core.

- enjoy play time with bubba while they lay on their playmat and also they get to do yoga too - held in your arms, on your hip, tummy and legs.

- add a little bit of baby massage to create some calm.

- and restorative pose at the end to soothe your nervous system.

Apart from ALL of these incredible things, it’s also a time to connect with other mums ❤️ we start class with a sharing circle.

👶🏼 Thursdays 11:15am - 12pm
👶🏼 4 weeks from 4 Sep - 25 Sep

👶🏼 $100 for the 4 classes

☕️ Followed by group coffee date on 2nd October

- Minimum of 6 weeks postpartum or 8 weeks cesarean or complicated birth.
- Babies pre-crawling or in a carrier / staying with mum if on the move.
- Bring your play mat, bouncer, car capsule, toys and anything else that will help you relax and bub be comfortable.

Motherhood isn’t meant to be walked alone.
In my prenatal & postnatal yoga classes, we move, breathe, share, and support one another—both on the mat and over coffee after class.

Every class starts with a circle to connect as a group, share stories, tears and laughs, and the journey feels just a little bit lighter 💛

This community-vibe is the heart of my classes: reminding each other that we are not alone, and that motherhood was always meant to be walked together 👭🏻

MUMS AND BUBS YOGA 💕

This is such a fun and special class for all the newly postpartum mums to practice yoga with their precious little ones!

Our mums and bubs course is a space to gather with other new mums and fill up your cup, prioritising time to connect with yourself and to deepen your bond with your baby through movement and baby massage.

Each class is a chance to nurture yourself physically with mindful breathing and gentle yoga to slowly regain strength in your body, core and pelvic floor.

As a qualified pregnancy and post-natal teacher, Samie, loves to weave a theme to inspire you to reflect on motherhood ✨ plus provide an opportunity to share in a connection circle at the start of each class.

The Details:
• Thursdays 11:15am - 12pm
• September 4th - 25th
• Cost $100

☕️The course is followed by a group coffee date on Thursday 2nd October.

* Class is suitable for mums who are at least 6 weeks postpartum (8 weeks caesarean or complicated birth) and for babies who are ideally pre-crawling. If they’re on the move, please commit to keeping them close on your mat or in a carrier or bouncer.

Meet yourself where you are (both on and off the mat) by listening to your inner landscape 🧘‍♀️

〰️ TUNE IN to be aware of your breath, feeling sensations, observing thoughts coming and going, energy ebbing and flowing.

I encourage yoga students to PAUSE and meet themselves where they are in that moment by asking the question

“WHAT’S GOING ON INSIDE?”

and “Is it reflecting on the outside?” in your body temple, in your practice?

Off the mat, perhaps in the messages of the physical body, in your words, in your actions.
