I could keep going.. because I love how yoga can be adapted to suit all bodies and ranges of movement and is wonderful for anyone wanting to move, breathe and go within.
I absolutely love our yoga community and am so excited to be opening up the studio space for this new slow flow yoga class on Fridays.
In this practice we move through a slow and intentional flow of hatha yoga asana as a moving meditation, a practice to connect and return to the present moment over and over again.
A waking up of your subtle (energy) body, an exploration of your inner landscape, and an unveiling of creative expression through your body.
This practice includes meditation, breathwork, slow warm-ups and a combination of yoga postures performed standing, seated and on your back, with options for all levels, ending with a restorative savasana 🤎
