1 WEEK TO GO until our next 4 week block of MUMS & BUBS begins 👶🏼

Mums & Bubs yoga is such a beautiful combo of so many things:

- intentionally slowing down to breathe and connect with your body.

- start to build strength where you need it AKA pelvic floor and core.

- enjoy play time with bubba while they lay on their playmat and also they get to do yoga too - held in your arms, on your hip, tummy and legs.

- add a little bit of baby massage to create some calm.

- and restorative pose at the end to soothe your nervous system.

Apart from ALL of these incredible things, it’s also a time to connect with other mums ❤️ we start class with a sharing circle.

👶🏼 4 weeks from 4 Sep - 25 Sep

👶🏼 $100 for the 4 classes

☕️ Followed by group coffee date on 2nd October

- Minimum of 6 weeks postpartum or 8 weeks cesarean or complicated birth.
- Babies pre-crawling or in a carrier / staying with mum if on the move.
- Bring your play mat, bouncer, car capsule, toys and anything else that will help you relax and bub be comfortable.

Motherhood isn’t meant to be walked alone.
In my prenatal & postnatal yoga classes, we move, breathe, share, and support one another—both on the mat and over coffee after class.

Every class starts with a circle to connect as a group, share stories, tears and laughs, and the journey feels just a little bit lighter 💛

This community-vibe is the heart of my classes: reminding each other that we are not alone, and that motherhood was always meant to be walked together 👭🏻

MUMS AND BUBS YOGA 💕

This is such a fun and special class for all the newly postpartum mums to practice yoga with their precious little ones!

Our mums and bubs course is a space to gather with other new mums and fill up your cup, prioritising time to connect with yourself and to deepen your bond with your baby through movement and baby massage.

Each class is a chance to nurture yourself physically with mindful breathing and gentle yoga to slowly regain strength in your body, core and pelvic floor.

As a qualified pregnancy and post-natal teacher, Samie, loves to weave a theme to inspire you to reflect on motherhood ✨ plus provide an opportunity to share in a connection circle at the start of each class.

The Details:
• Thursdays 11:15am - 12pm
• September 4th - 25th
• Cost $100

☕️The course is followed by a group coffee date on Thursday 2nd October.

* Class is suitable for mums who are at least 6 weeks postpartum (8 weeks caesarean or complicated birth) and for babies who are ideally pre-crawling. If they’re on the move, please commit to keeping them close on your mat or in a carrier or bouncer.

Privileged to guide prenatal yoga in this peaceful space 🌿 🕯️

This week we focused on intuition as our compass 🧭 really tuning into our inner voice and deepening trust and connection in our bodies and babies.

It’s seriously so special to share space and energy with beautiful mums-to-be and their growing babies each week 🤎🤎🤎 heart-full!

🤎 If want a slow and mindful yoga practice that doesn’t rush or push, but rather gently flows with the breath as your guide, this is for you!

🤎 If you haven’t really practiced yoga but are curious to try a gentle class, this is for you!

🤎 If you are a mum and want to do something nourishing for yourself after school drop-off, this is for you!

I could keep going.. because I love how yoga can be adapted to suit all bodies and ranges of movement and is wonderful for anyone wanting to move, breathe and go within.

I absolutely love our yoga community and am so excited to be opening up the studio space for this new slow flow yoga class on Fridays.

In this practice we move through a slow and intentional flow of hatha yoga asana as a moving meditation, a practice to connect and return to the present moment over and over again.

A waking up of your subtle (energy) body, an exploration of your inner landscape, and an unveiling of creative expression through your body.

This practice includes meditation, breathwork, slow warm-ups and a combination of yoga postures performed standing, seated and on your back, with options for all levels, ending with a restorative savasana 🤎

NEW Slow Flow Morning Yoga Practice 🌊

In this practice we move through a slow and intentional flow of hatha yoga asana as a moving meditation, with breath as our guide.

A practice to connect and return to the present moment over and over again.

A waking up of your subtle (energy) body, an exploration of your inner landscape, and an unveiling of creative expression through your body.

This practice includes meditation, breathwork, and a combination of yoga postures performed standing, seated and on your back, with options for all levels.

Perfect for mummas to attend after school drop off, or those who work from home and can take a morning break to energise and enhance productivity for the day ahead!

Meet yourself where you are (both on and off the mat) by listening to your inner landscape 🧘‍♀️

〰️ TUNE IN to be aware of your breath, feeling sensations, observing thoughts coming and going, energy ebbing and flowing.

I encourage yoga students to PAUSE and meet themselves where they are in that moment by asking the question

“WHAT’S GOING ON INSIDE?”

and “Is it reflecting on the outside?” in your body temple, in your practice?

Off the mat, perhaps in the messages of the physical body, in your words, in your actions.

FEET ANCHORED ON THE EARTH. I am HERE in the NOW.

This is your invitation to join my Autumn Seasonal Yoga Workshop - ANCHOR 🍂

A workshop focusing on grounding and soothing to enhance stability during the transitional season.

Over 3 hours we will journey through:
• learning about the season and how to adjust your rhythm to find balance.
•journaling for reflection and self-enquiry.
•a cleansing Release Ritual.

We then move into the practices of:
•internal awareness, movement, stillness, and breath.
•a grounding hatha yoga practice with gentle movements and long holds. Suitable for all levels.
•meditation and pranayama to balance autumn energies.

The 3 hours is about connecting to nature, your body, your intuition and sacred self.

We always have such a beautiful group of women attend and I really love keeping the space intimate - so limited spots are available.

Sunday 7th March
2pm - 5pm

$79
Includes all yoga props, refreshments, snacks and workbook.
