You know how much we believe good skin starts within… so here’s a simple little 3-min something you can make, drink & enjoy over and over again ✨

DIY Kvass… but what is it & why do we love it so much?

A mineral-rich, earthy tonic traditionally enjoyed to support digestion, energy & overall vitality. Simple ingredients, intentional nourishment 🤤

Recipe:
• Organic beetroot
• Organic ginger
• Celtic + Pink Himalayan salt
• Apple cider vinegar
• Zazen mineral water

Chop & Pop everything into a glass jar with a breathable lid and allow it to ferment for 48 hours. Then pour liquid into a glass bottle and place in the fridge.

We reuse the cuttings up to 1 more time before either adding the solids into a salad or composting/discarding them ✨

There’s something so therapeutic about making something simple for yourself…
knowing exactly what you’re placing on your skin.

A DIY lip scrub for soft, glossy, hydrated lips… that feels like self-care, not another task.

Your mum will think you spent all day on it 😉💝

All you need is one tablespoon of organic raw coconut sugar and one teaspoon of our organic castor oil.

Keep it simple or add a drop of vanilla or a little honey if you want.

Mix it together,
pop it into a cute little jar,
and label it with love.

That’s it.

The coconut sugar gently exfoliates, while our castor oil deeply softens and nourishes…

leaving your lips smooth, plump and hydrated.

Need a little extra kick in your castor oil ritual? 🔥✨

Lately, we’ve been playing with this beautiful infusion of our castor oil blend, even just for general wellness, but on occasion Laura gets this funky little pain/strain in her tummy, so she’s been using it to support that… and the relief is felt almost instantly for her.

Suggested Recipe:
We add powder:
1 tsp organic cayenne
1 tsp organic turmeric
1 tsp organic ginger
then pour over approx 100ml of our organic castor oil (or enough to generously cover),
letting it sit and immerse for a few days.

Set your intention ✨

Then we use it as part of our castor oil pack, slowly, intuitively, listening to what our body needs.

We use this super infusion because we believe it helps support inflammation and hydrates on such a deeper level, trusting that this intelligent blend just knows where to go and how to support the body’s natural healing.

Play around with it as you will. Always follow what feels right for you, this is shared from our own experience.
