Maybe a torn ACL 🙈 maybe just a twist or a sprain…I’ll know more tomorrow. For now this is how I’m supporting my body….
ICE BLUE BLEND + FRANKINCENSE (both in starter packs)
- a bit of fractionated coconut oil in palm of hand 2 drops each. Massaging in every couple of hours.
For extra support, a drop each of.
CYPRESS blood flow
COPAIBA pain, nerves
LEMONGRASS Fluid
If you don’t have the above three, go with Ice Blue and Frankincense. They provide great support.
If you don’t have oils yet, get some.
If you’ve run out, get some!
Overall, essential oils support our body to do what it knows how to do - come back to balance and heal…I just happen to need extra support right now.
