Harley is thriving in our SIL home in Taree

From fishing adventures, to learning new skills in the kitchen, Harley is always eager to give things a go. He also loves a good board game night, especially when he comes out on top

One of the best parts of watching Harley grow has been seeing his confidence build as he gets out into the community, creates meaningful connections, and enjoys the activities he loves most.

We’re so proud to be part of his journey and can’t wait to see what he achieves next!

What is Community Access?

Community access is a support that helps people with disabilities engage in social, recreational, and community activities, fostering independence, skills, and social inclusion

This can include assistance with:
• Attending appointments
• Social outings and activities
• Building life skills
• Exploring hobbies and interests
• Connecting with others

It’s all about creating opportunities, building confidence, and supporting individuals to live a more fulfilling, independent life, on their own terms.

Tyson is a vibrant young man with endless energy and a naturally happy, high-spirited personality. He thrives on staying active, getting out into the community, and making the most of every day.

His perfect day? Outdoor adventures like swimming, paddle boarding, or a long bush walk, followed by his go to lunch of hot chips and chicken. Evenings are all about winding down in his pyjamas with a favourite movie.

Since being part of our QIS SIL home, Tyson has made incredible progress in building his independence and daily living skills. From packing his bag for the next day, to following routines and growing in social awareness, he’s continuing to achieve meaningful milestones every day.

A full day of fresh air, adventure, and taking in the Mid North Coast’s sights.

Spend the day with James.

From a walk along Wallis Lake and exploring Forster’s new boardwalk, to a refreshing dip in the lake. We wandered the Tuncurry breakwall, adventured through the rainforest, and visited the beautiful Green Cathedral in Tiona.
Ending the day the best way, relaxed at home with a coffee ☕️

Much more than a home 🏡✨

This isn’t just a place to live - it’s a space where individuals are supported to grow, feel safe and truly belong 🧡

Our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes are built around creating comfort, independence, and meaningful connection. It’s about fostering a sense of community, encouraging daily living skills, and supporting each person to live life on their own terms 💫

Because home should be more than just a place… it should feel like where you belong.

Meet Connah 💪🏼✨

Connah is a friendly, upbeat young man who brings positive energy to everything he does 🤍

He loves staying active, whether he’s at the gym, training in Muay Thai, or getting out and meeting new people and building connections. Recently, Connah achieved an incredible milestone by securing a part-time job and working independently, and we couldn’t be prouder of his hard work and dedication!

It’s moments like these that remind us why we do what we do, supporting individuals to reach their goals and celebrate every achievement along the way.

At Quality Individual Support, everything we do starts with purpose. In this video, our Director Syd shares the heart behind our service, our commitment to providing personalised, respectful and high-quality support for every individual we work with.

We believe support should never be one-size-fits-all. It should be built around the person, their goals and what truly matters to them. From day one, our focus has been on creating meaningful outcomes and building genuine connections with the people we support and their families.

This is more than a service, it’s a commitment to empowering lives every single day. 💙
