Not sure if it’s a cold or the flu?

While they can feel similar, there are some key differences, especially when it comes to how quickly symptoms start & how severe they are.

Colds tend to be mild & gradual, while the flu can come on suddenly with fever, body aches & fatigue.

👉🏼 Swipe through to understand the differences, symptoms & what to do

Antibiotics are important, but they’re not always the answer.

They don’t work for viral infections like:
• Colds
• Flu
• Most sore throats

Using antibiotics when they’re not needed can lead to resistance, making them less effective when you actually need them.

If you’re unsure, speak with your GP.
