Hello! Let me introduce myself...
My name is Jenai I am a mama of two beautiful children, Angus and Lucy. Im engaged to my soul mate Jack and we live in the beautiful town of Forster NSW.
I am a Birth and Post Natal Doula and a NLP & Matrix Therapies Practitioner.

I am passionate about all things mum, baby and birth related. Drawing from my own personal experience has lead me down this path and I have immersed myself in ways to educate, support, empower and nurture women through the journey of motherhood.

I feel so honoured to have the opportunity to provide a safe and nurturing space for everyone to be their authentic selves as I guide you through your self healing journey. Whether you’re at the beginning or in the depths of discovery I will be there to hold space for you 💫🌿
