Vin Yin is a combination of Vinyasa (one breath - one movement) , and Yin (where we hold the poses for a longer period of time)

A beautiful way to flow followed by stillness
Wonderful for the nervous system.

Fridays - 10.30am for Chair Yoga

Please come 5 or so mins before class, no need to bring anything. All equipment provided.
When arriving we are quiet as other Yoga classes are on in the big studio

I have exciting news, after much searching for a room to continue our Yoga classes, Forster Yoga Studio has offered us The Cosy Room.
Yoga With Bernie is back on
Wednesdays

9am to 10am - VinYin
10.30am to 11.30am - Gentle Movement

Fridays

10.30am to 11.30am - Chair Yoga

As I have to now pay rent for the room, a slight increase

$65 for 5 classes
$120 for 10 classes

We start next Wednesday, upstairs from the New Zealand ice creamy or a lift is available
