Over 10 weeks, participants learn how to prepare simple, affordable, wholefood meals while gaining clear, evidence-based education on balanced eating, gut health, portion control, label reading and sustainable habits.

Each session includes nutrition education, hands-on cooking, shared tasting and take-home recipes.
