19 years in… and I still genuinely love what I do!!
Being a Dietitian has never been just about food for me. It’s about people, connection, and walking alongside someone as they navigate their health journey.. wherever that may start.
Over the years, I’ve worked across aged care facilities, NDIS support, private practice, and public hospital settings. I’ve sat in clinical rooms, community centres, and kitchens - running cooking groups, supporting one-on-one clients, developing menus, reviewing food services, and writing to educate and empower.
But the real work goes far beyond meal plans.
Some days I’m a clinician.
Some days I’m a coach.
Sometimes, I’m a sounding board… or simply a steady, trustworthy presence.
Because improving someone’s health isn’t just about telling them what to eat - it’s about understanding their life, their challenges, their routines, and what truly matters to them.
I’ve learned that being a great Dietitian also means being a good listener, a problem solver, and at times, a little bit of a psychologist and a friend.
What keeps me here, 19 years on, is seeing real change - when someone feels better, moves better, gains confidence, or finally feels in control of their health again.
And I live it too.
I believe in an authentic, balanced, healthy lifestyle - NOT perfection, but consistency, self-awareness, and showing up for yourself in a way that feels sustainable.
This career has grown with me ~ and I’m still evolving, still learning, and still showing up with the same passion to help people feel their best.
