The Nervous System reset is 2.5 hours of 2.5 hours of pure connection and joy.
Youâll learn, youâll find peace and youâll learn how to hold that peace no matter the dips and winds life brings.
- this one is for everyone! (ages 16+)
Iâve designed this afternoon as a beautiful mix of learning and embodied experience - where Iâll guide you through a deeper understanding of why our nervous systems hold tension and how to release it gently. Passing on tools to help you and your loved ones (and all the interactions in between).
Youâll be guided through practices to help you to feel safe holding joy in your body - not just for moments, but a practice that youâll come back to retrain your body to fall asleep and wake up with joy too.
What the Afternoon Includes:
⨠Understanding the Nervous System
A simple, grounded exploration of how the body responds to stress and safety â and why joy can sometimes feel harder to hold than tension.
⨠Gentle Nervous System Practices
Breath, movement and somatic awareness to help your body find safety and presence again â practices you can use anywhere, anytime.
⨠Guided Release and Integration
A supported process to help your body unwind stored tension and emotion in a safe, gentle way â leaving you with more space, calm and clarity.
⨠Holding Joy
Learn how to retrain your body to trust joy â to fall asleep and wake up with more ease and lightness.
⨠Connection and Reflection
Moments of quiet, sharing, and connection â a space to be with yourself and others in calm, grounded community.

Whenever you feel a little lost, stuck, frustrated, anxious or lonelyâŚ
connection is the antidote.
Because your nervous system is always checking in the background:
Am I okay? Am I with my people? Do I belong?
And when that doesnât feel true, even a tiny bit,
your body reacts.
You feel off.
You feel tight.
You feel emotional or flat or like youâre drifting.
Itâs just your system saying,
âHey⌠something feels a bit unsafe. I need support.â
And honestly, most of us donât notice thatâs whatâs happening.
We just think weâre ânot copingâ or âbeing too much.â
Youâre not.
Your system is doing its job.

this is why I created my Nervous System Reset workshops.

Getting that course/book/next project off the ground can be the most infuriating process!
You have the idea.. but thereâs no space to bring it to life.
You start and stop
Each time you sit down to create- to begin putting it together- your nervous system sends you into a spin. You become busy, you go blank, you become really tired..

I get goosebumps every time I think of this retreat in Boomerang Beach, NSW (17-20th October)!
