Whenever you feel a little lost, stuck, frustrated, anxious or lonely…
connection is the antidote.
Because your nervous system is always checking in the background:
Am I okay? Am I with my people? Do I belong?
And when that doesn’t feel true, even a tiny bit,
your body reacts.
You feel off.
You feel tight.
You feel emotional or flat or like you’re drifting.
It’s just your system saying,
“Hey… something feels a bit unsafe. I need support.”
And honestly, most of us don’t notice that’s what’s happening.
We just think we’re “not coping” or “being too much.”
You’re not.
Your system is doing its job.

to feel safe again…
and for you to understand what’s going on inside you.
