A combination of experienced & beginners discovering how simple movements and relaxed breathing can shift the whole body & mind.

When beginning Qigong, people are blown away how quickly they feel something change.

Beginners often notice:
• Breathing becomes softer and deeper
• Shoulders drop without trying
• The mind gets quieter within minutes
• A gentle warmth or tingling as the qi begins to flow
