🌷April marks Parkinson’s Awareness Month, highlighting Parkinson’s disease — a progressive neurological condition impacting movement, muscle control and coordination.

Exercise Physiology is a vital component of Parkinson’s management. Research demonstrates that regular, targeted exercise can improve motor function, balance, strength and mobility, while also contributing to neuroplasticity and slowing functional decline. 🧠💪

Our Exercise Physiologists utilise evidence-based approaches to develop tailored exercise programs that support symptom management, enhance functional capacity and improve quality of life for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease.

👉 If you or someone you know is living with Parkinson’s disease, get in touch with our team to learn how we can support you.

🌍 World Health Day 2026
Together for health. Stand with science.

This year’s theme highlights the importance of science in guiding the way we care for our health and in Exercise Physiology, that’s at the core of everything we do.

Exercise Physiology is more than just movement — it’s evidence-based medicine.

Our Exercise Physiologists use scientifically backed methods to:
✅ Manage chronic and complex conditions
✅ Support injury recovery
✅ Support people living with disabilities
✅ Support pre/post surgery rehabilitation

Every program is tailored, targeted and grounded in research — because the right prescription can change lives.

Science guides care. Evidence saves lives. Movement makes it possible.

We rocked our socks with Sui for World Down Syndrome Day. 💛💙

It’s been one year since Sui’s mum surprised her with her very first Reformer Pilates session and she hasn’t looked back since. She now comes every week and absolutely loves it! The workout, the laughs and of course, an hour of ABBA.

Seeing the smile on her face, along with the effort and determination she brings to every session, is something really special. The progress she has made over the past year has been incredible to watch - building strength, coordination and confidence along the way. 🌟🙌

✅ Exercise Physiology plays an important role in supporting individuals with Down syndrome, helping to improve muscle tone, strength, balance, and overall function. Reformer Pilates allows for a personalised, 1:1 approach, creating a supportive space where individuals can build confidence while working towards their goals.

So proud of you, Sui! 🥰
