Card of the Day ~ Knight of Cups {The Verdance Tarot} In this deck, the Knight of Cups is called The Romantic. The Knights of the Tarot are always on a quest, and that quest is related to their suit. The Cups Knight is a dreamer, idealistic, romantic, intuitive and imaginative. The quest of the Knight of Cups is one of romance and ideals ~ what makes your heart full? What are your desires and how can you fulfil them? Sometimes this Knight can get carried away, which is part of their quest, to figure out how not to get carried away in the heartspace to their detriment. The Knight of Cups surrenders to the heart space, follows the call of the heart and subconscious, the creative sparks that sing to them. This is also the advice of the Cups Knight for you ~ follow your heart, listen to your intuitive self, try something new creatively and see the beauty in the world. Card of the Day ~ Ace of Cups {The Verdance Tarot} In this deck, the Ace of Cups is also known as The Vessel. It is a card of new beginnings, an emotional rebirth, feelings developing, creativity, relationships, compassion. Cups is ruled by the element of Water, and it is the surging power behind this Ace, a vessel of pure love and creativity. I often see the Ace of Cups as being about the flow coming to you. Sometimes we are overflowing with all the feels, creative downloads and intuitive hit, and other times we are pretty sallow. This is a time of flow. Aces are about new beginnings and their potential, and here the new beginnings come when we open our boundaries up. The Ace of Cups is about emotional fulfilment, a new chapter in your emotional and creative life. Picture it, Wonderland Bookshop & Emporium, December 2025…a Tarot reader by the name of Tara is hanging out in the cosy comfy attic space of the most unique shop in Redcliffe. She’s offering readings at the awesome price of $20 per 15 minutes, and she tailors your readings to whatever amount of time you need. She has wisdom, she has sass, but most of all, she’s got a love for divination that comes through with every reading.

TOMORROW!!!!

I will be spending the day in the comfy, air conditioned attic space of the sublime Wonderland Bookshop & Emporium on the Redcliffe waterfront with my beautiful Ogham, giving castings and generally doing my best impression of a Wise {almost} Crone. I will be there from 10am - 6pm’ish

As Ogham is a new skill set for me, while I pursue my aim of being a Master of this craft, castings are being offered at the reduced price of $50 per casting, which takes approximately an hour.

Card of the Day ~ The World {The Verdance Tarot} In this deck, the World is also known as the Achiever. I like that a card that is usually quite expansive yet ambiguous can be defined in this worldly way. The World signifies completion, wholeness, accomplishment, the successful end of a chapter merging into the beginning of a new one, achievement, fulfilment, coming through adversity, new experiences on the horizon. The World is the last card of the Major Arcana, so that is showing us that we’ve moved through MAJOR cycles and lessons, and done so successfully. Big and important cycles and events are coming to their conclusion, all the disparate pieces have been woven together into a unified whole and are in harmony. You’ve had to move through all aspects of the Major Arcana, absorbed all it’s lessons and embraced them so as to integrate them to the core of your being. This is a big moment. Take a moment to pause and appreciate what you have been through and achieved, take satisfaction in the accomplishment and knowledge gained and most importantly, relish in the joy of fulfilment. The future will beckon soon enough, and the wonder of the new will call.

Ogham is the ancient Irish language of the trees, and provides a beautiful, grounded and spiritual reading.

As this is still a relatively new skill set for me, I am offering Ogham castings at as reduced rate of only $50 for an hour long session.
