Had a fantastic time this week at diving deep into fascia physiology and teaching advanced soft tissue manipulation techniques! 💪
Most Physiotherapists would say that they haven't had enough training in soft tissue manipulation, I completely agree with this. I'm so excited to help upskill and enhance the approach to treatment for the team at Northwest Physiotherapy🙌

Targeted massage plays a huge role in improving recovery and flexibility, but knowing how to identify the right therapist to complement a treatment plan is key. It’s all about strengthening the referral network and connecting with others in the field to provide the best outcomes for our clients.

I absolutely love connecting with fellow therapists and continuing to grow this part of my business!

🥇Kaylee defending yet another one of her titles, being the only woman to win the 100m and 200m backstroke event in consecutive games 🙌🏽
🥇Cam bringing in a gold medal, becoming the first man in Australian history to achieve this in the men’s 50m freestyle event.

The people you meet in Paris !! Always an honour when our paths cross with Aussie icon. Dawn Fraser continues to be one of the most supportive people you could ever meet, always showing up for the new generation of swimmers coming through and sharing her wisdom. She always greets us with a huge smile and hug, and is always happy for a photo.

These legends absolutely SMASHED, the 200m freestyle finale today!!! Bringing in silver and gold medals. I have worked with these superstars for a while, and couldn’t be happier for the both of them!!!
