🎄 Holiday Clinic Hours + A Big Thank You from IPC 🎄

As we head toward the end of another big year, we wanted to let you know that Integrated Physio Center will be open until Friday, 19 December, with our last day of appointments before Christmas on that date.

We will reopen on Tuesday, 06 January, ready to help you move, feel strong, and stay injury-free in 2026.

There’s still time to sort out those aches, pains, and niggles before the Christmas season arrives 🎅—so be sure to book early to secure your appointment.

Big thank you to Brisbane State High School for their invitation to Integrated Physio Centre to present at the Year 10 Careers Day Event yesterday!

The event is designed to provide the students with information and opportunities that will help them make informed career decisions as they transition from State High to the next phase of their lives.

We are honoured to have been apart of this and pleased to say we received many questions from the students about Sports Physiotherapy and recovery services such as Ice Baths and Saunas.

It was so great to see the curiosity and interests from students regarding Sports Physiotherapy and recovery grow and we can’t to see the next generation succeed in the industry!

CALF TEARS

Swelling in the calf and ankle can occur as result of calf tears. This client sustained his injury during acceleration in a soccer match.

Early rehab strategies include:
- Ice while gently mobilising the calf/ ankle through its available range
- Wear supportive footwear, no thongs or bare feet
- Try to keep mobile - keep tissues moving

Here are our opening hours for IPC over the next few weeks! 🏋️

Our physios will be working through to the end of this week and then we will be taking a short break for two weeks over the holiday period and opening back up on the 9th of January🎉

Make sure you book in with your Physio some time this week to ensure you can be your best self over Christmas and right into the new year - it’s not too late to book in!!! 💆🏼

💪🏼 Our PERFORM Rehab and Exercise class is made for individuals to boost their health and fitness goals, as well as return from injury better than before.

👨🏼‍⚕️ Our classes are supervised by physiotherapist Jack Peoples, with each program individually tailored to your rehabilitation and/or fitness goals!

🏃‍♂️ The PERFORM Rehab and Exercise class is founded in the idea of keeping people accountable to achieve their goals and providing an environment that promotes enjoyment and hard work with other like minded people. Small groups of 4 will allow you to be mentored and coached to achieve your goals and not get lost in the crowd!

Welcome to Integrated Physio Centre. We are a fully integrated clinic for physiotherapy, recovery and rehabilitation in Brisbane, Fortitude Valley. Our health practitioners have over twenty years of experience with over a decade in professional sports including AFL, Rugby, MMA, soccer and athletics. Such experience ensures an effective multidisciplinary & holistic approach to rehabilitating all clients, with a particular focus on athletes.

Integrated Physio Centre (IPC) provides to all clients the highest quality evidence-based physiotherapy, diagnostic capability and rehabilitation treatment, through an integrated multi-disciplinary approach to health management. The goal of our IPC health practitioners is to restore optimal bodily functioning to the sporting and general population, in the safest and shortest possible time period.
