We offer quality medical care in all areas of family practice i.e. childhood vaccinations, travel vaccinations, women’s and men’s health checks, family shared antenatal care, examination for skin cancers, management plans, insurance and employment medical examinations. Surgical procedures such as removal of lumps and bumps, toenail surgery, wound repair, and treatment of skin cancer. Our procedures include contraceptive implants (Implanon) and removal of IUD. We have nursing support, onsite pathology and pharmacy services. A baby change table is available. Facilities for the disabled include parking facilities and easy access to the building and toilets. A wheelchair is available to transfer patients from their vehicle if required.

🌟 Welcome to the Team! 🌟

We are delighted to welcome Dr Veng Hieu to Humphries Road Medical Centre.

Dr Veng is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and a graduate of the University of Melbourne, where he completed his Doctor of Medicine following undergraduate studies in Anatomy and Neuroscience. He trained locally and worked across several Monash Health sites and has also practised in the Gippsland region as a rural GP.

Dr Veng has a strong interest in preventive medicine, weight management, and mental health (particularly supporting patients in early adulthood) as well as men’s health, sexual health and travel medicine. He also has a special interest in the management of chronic diseases, including asthma, metabolic conditions and osteoarthritis.

He values building long-term relationships with his patients and supporting them to achieve sustainable health outcomes
