🌅 Good Morning! As we welcome this new day, let us begin with something simple and always available to us: our breath. Breathing in, we know we are breathing in. Breathing out, we know we are breathing out. In this gentle awareness, we find peace.

May we carry mindfulness with us throughout the day—in our conversations, in our work, in our quiet moments, in every interaction. May we remember that peace begins within, and from there, it naturally flows outward to everyone we meet.

Each mindful breath is a step on the path of peace. Each moment of presence is a gift we give ourselves and the world.

🤍📿 Getting on the 🔥 horse genuinely feeling the happiest, most inspired, confident, kind & loving i’ve ever felt. And I’m talking about the most important relationship you will ever have, the one you have with yourself.

Admittedly my default setting is usually at ‘even keel’ ⛵️ however there’s usually some mild thread or complete deluge of criticism, not enoughess, the endless goal setting, multi project management and achievements tally without once remembering to look behind in gratitude and say thank you me, you did great, you may rest, well done.

On that frequency the needle has scratched the record. My mind very suddenly feels that it’s all enough. There’s already a sense of completeness, a new level of trust in myself, my Soul’s blueprint and alignment with the Universal Plan 🗺️

It’s all going to be ok, and if it doesn’t work out well that will be ok too because we’re all homebound to the same destination anyway ✨ 🪽 💫

As I make a significant (for me) career pivot into teaching Esoteric Acupuncture, as branches flourish with new relationships, as my kids & my forever guy continue this inspired, connected, love story, I am sooooo humbled by the Monks Walk for Peace. I feel their message of truth, kindness & simplicity in my BODY.

Their generous offering was clearly orchestrated beyond the veil, at a time beyond doubt when we needed to trust that the heart of humanity could still be found and deeply influenced. People are crying out for peace.

Meditation is a profound gift. To the uninitiated it may seem boring and pointless. But if you cannot sit with yourself then not only WHO are you but WHERE are you.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine we work with our patients in guiding you home to your Heart, because this is truly where real life begins. Your Heart is home for your spirit and the connection to that part of you that is eternal, your Soul

Lucy has put together an excellent program with such attention to detail for professional yoga teachers and all lovers of Yin. She embodies the practice and is a beacon of light and truth for our community.
