New Meditation Class 🪷
Fridays 11.30–12.30pm
Join me each week at Calm Heart Yoga as we gather to sit, breathe, and gently learn meditation together.
Each Friday I’ll be sharing a different meditation practice - building skills and confidence over time. We’ll explore:
• Pranayama (breathing techniques)
• Mantra & mudra
• Guided meditation & visualisation
• Loving-kindness practices
• Chakra awareness
• Candle gazing
• Yoga Nidra
You’re welcome to sit on a chair or the floor, and to participate in a way that feels supportive for you.
Whether you’re new to meditation or returning to deepen your practice, I’d love to see you there.
