No expectation towards you and your yoga practice and no judgement. You also have choices. You feel energetic - great, roll with your strong practice. You feel tired or unwell - great, take it slowly, rest often. You're a beginning student - great, I will guide you gently. You've been practicing for a while - great, I will challenge you. Modern, western life calls for presence and acceptance on a physical, mental & emotional level. And that is what I offer you. Our group yoga classes are kept small so you will receive individual attention and we can make your yoga practice a personalised one for you. Yoga is therapy. That is why I teach people, not sequences. Yoga is a living art. It changes, reflects, heals, surprises, it is not stagnant, it evolves, it will become a lifestyle choice. We are lucky as our Sanctuary is located on the Mornington Peninsula in Frankston South & it is surrounded by native bushland. Let me uplift you to SHINE & feel your most superb YOU! Treatments are tailor-made to suit your needs drawing from a wide range of therapeutic modalities such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, pressure point and cranial sacral balancing. Reflexology & YOU:
Specific 'reflex' points on feet are massaged & methodically stimulated with thumb, finger and knuckle movements to encourage the self-healing power of your body. You will feel like walking on air!
