Friday night sessions are great.
But it’s never about that single awesome session that you do. It’s what you do always that matters and that makes all the difference in where you want to be.
Fitness is a lifestyle,not an off on bit of fun. So if getting stronger, healthier and happier within yourself id important,then priorities your time and do what is necessary.

What a weekend.
9 games with 8 straight wins , unfortunately the main game we couldn’t get it done.Haven’t played that many games over a weekend for so many years I can’t remember.

But still a fantastic weekend with a fantastic team and really appreciated the invite to join them

Training solo has been my thing for so many years. But training with my best buddy is something really special and an opportunity to talk, laugh, take selfies and build more on those important fundamentals that will strengthen life.
Time is precious and something you should never take for granted. So Make time for the things that are important especially with the ones that mean the most. ❤️💪🏻
