Stress is our body’s response to pressure. Many different situations or life events can cause stress. We all deal with stress differently. Our ability to cope can depend on many circumstances in an individual's life.

This year’s campaign encourages you to focus on making small consistent actions in your daily life to improve wellbeing. While the impact of small actions on their own may seem little, the cumulative effects of these habits can end up being profound!

We pause to honour servicemen and women who courageously protected our way of life. Thank you.

Ableism often goes unnoticed in everyday life, yet it remains widely prominent. Many people don’t realise that certain words or actions can be exclusionary, which is why awareness matters.

By educating ourselves and being mindful of how we speak and act, we can help create a world that is more equal, inclusive, and accessible for everyone.
