This year I've had the absolute pleasure of teaching yoga to the Stella Clavisque Seniors Club each saturday morning, a heartfelt way to give back to my beautiful Mauritian community 🇲🇺✨

Our culture is so rich in connection, resilience, and joy, and it was an honor to share a practice that embodies those values. Yoga not only nurtures the body but also fosters the spirit of togetherness—a spirit that runs deep in our Mauritian roots.

Thank you to the amazing club who always brought their vibrant energy into practice and for welcoming me with open arms. Here's to honoring our heritage and supporting each other in health and harmony!
