Wonderful news!
Lionsa Art Studio on Fairway Street will also be opening its doors this Saturday. If you’ve ever strolled past and wondered what goes on inside, this is your chance to step in and explore.

Between the two venues, you’ll have the opportunity to meet the practitioners, ask a health question, join a mini sound bath, take part in a mini dance and mantra session, and immerse yourself in the creativity on offer. You can also view the artwork and enjoy some light refreshments.

The Fairway Street shop precinct is slowly coming alive — and we’re here to celebrate that growth together.

Join us for an intimate afternoon of deep rest and soul nourishment.

Set in the cosy Lionsa Art Studio in Frankston, we’ll gather in a warm, nurturing space.

Experience gentle somatic movement, a guided Yoga Nidra meditation, and an immersive sound healing journey with Tibetan and crystal quartz singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and voice.

These ancient practices invite you to drop beneath the noise of the mind and rest in a state of timeless stillness — a space where body tension and stress melt away.

We’ll close the afternoon with nourishing treats and tea, giving you space to reflect quietly or share gentle conversation with others.

Gentle Hatha Yoga classes
Thursday evenings
5:30pm- 6:30pm
What makes these classes a joy to come to?
☀️ Classes are therapeutic... we slow down and focus on different parts of the body.
☀️ Modifications and options are given so the classes are suitable for different levels of ability.
☀️ Classes often reflect upon the season and nature to bring balance and harmony to our physical body and energy system.
☀️ Coming regularly develops your interoception; the pathways of communication between body and mind.
☀️ We have a wonderful group of people who attend, who have created friendships and are part of the wider vibrant Orwil House community.
Cost: $15 per class.
