We’re lucky to care for some pretty amazing humans - and especially proud to see one of our long-term clients, Doug (second from the right in the picture), serving our community as part of the Hastings CFA.

✨ Post-holiday blues? You’re not alone.
After Christmas, family time and a break from routine, it can feel hard to get back into the swing of things.

If you’re feeling flat, stressed or unmotivated — that’s completely normal. The good news? Small movement can help reset both body and mind.

Getting back into it, gently:
✔️ Start small – a short walk, stretching, or taking the stairs
✔️ Do what you enjoy – walking the dog, swimming, kicking the footy
✔️ Schedule it – pop movement into your diary like any other appointment
✔️ Ask for support – your GP, exercise physiologist or support services are there to help

Remember, you don’t need to go “all in.”
Something is always better than nothing. 💙

Let’s make getting back into routine feel achievable, not overwhelming.
