I began my journey working with energy 25 years ago. Energetic cleansing helps me to remove stagnant, negative energy, restore balance and raise my frequency.

As a Shamanic Lightworker, I must hold a high vibrational space. It is non-negotiable that I consistently clear and cleanse my physical and energetic body using intention and the tool of my choice.

Tools to clear and cleanse include smoke, sound, flower essences, drums, crystals, sprays, nature, and energy medicine.
