Would you like to learn how to use energy medicine to self heal, regulate your nervous system and work on those you love?

Reiki Level 1 is where you begin your journey into Reiki Training and is known as ‘ The Shoden. ‘

Reiki Level 1 is about self-healing and getting to know your energy self.

We will cover

* The history of Reiki.
* The five Reiki precepts.
* What Reiki is.
* Self Healing.
* Chakras.
* Cleansing self.
* Grounding Body.
* Essential Oils.
* Regulating your nervous system.
* Plus more.

You will receive four attunements, a manual and a certificate of completion.

Herbal Teas, Reiki Blessed Vegan Food and Water will be provided.

During this workshop, you will be encouraged to give and receive Reiki.

We will commence at 10am and go with the flow of the day finishing around 4pm.

Location: 275 Ballarto Rd, Carrum Downs.

Donna is a qualified Reiki Master and a member of the Australian Reiki Association. Donna treats and trains clients regularly and has been working with Reiki for 24 years.

So many unique souls I know never made it this far; I am grateful for the ups and downs of my journey; what an adventure. I am forever thankful for the lessons, laughter and tears along the way. They have helped me grow into the lady I am today. I have landed at a happy place and am living my best life. Thank you to all who came to my party. I love every one of you x
