Our Story

I have been running a Monthly Women's Group since 2012 and teaching Mindfulness in Schools from 2013, working with teachers and students from Prep - Year 12, and I’m now working with Discovery College working with a range of topics, running free courses for anyone 16 years and over.. I offer One on One session's using the following range of Modalities; Mindfulness, Reiki, Sekhm & Medical Intuition. M.E - Monthly Women's Group is on the last Sunday of the month, 10.30am - 1.30pm from March - October. Please contact me if you are interested in any of the above services.
