👶🏼Helping infants master their Tummy Time is a passion of ours at Osteopathy Connections.
Dr Nicole (Senior Osteopath) has a wealth of experience helping little ones through treatment and gentle progressive exercises to help them master their core and floor skills.

👶🏼From around 8 weeks of age the importance of Tummy Time really increases to help baby prepare for crawling and sitting.

(The first 8 weeks allows most infants time to recover from birth, establish their feeding skills and build their head control & neck strength - if any of these still require some support we often see poor tummy time tolerance lingers longer).
