Our Story

AAA Peninsula Hearing Aid Center P/L is a family run business with 3 generations of accredited hearing health care professionals, established in 1952. Alan Vines was the founder of Peninsula Hearing and worked as an Audiometrist for many years until his Daughter Fiona Vines succeeded the practice after working together for 15 years. Fiona Vines has since run the clinic for over 30 years and has been at 18 Davey Street since 1998. Last year, Fiona’s daughter, Taylah, joined the business part-time, after completing a Bachelor of Health Sciences and Masters of Audiology at La Trobe University in 2015. Taylah has since had 3 years of work experience and is great addition to our team with Fiona being very proud.

Our clinic is staffed by Debbie who is our beloved administrator and office manager who has been part of AAA Peninsula Hearing for the past 18 years. Debbie has been a viable asset to the business and is a part of the family. Our newest additions to the clinic are our other part-time administrative staff, Mandy and Ros who have been on board for over 12 months and are an absolute delight to work with.

The premises located at 18 Davey Street alongside 3 visiting site locations on the Morning Peninsula, are aimed predominantly at assisting the adult population with hearing concerns. Our clinic and staff take pride in providing our clients with the highest quality of support in both service and rehabilitation. We are committed to detecting hearing challenges and restoring our clients overall quality of life and engagement through the latest hearing aid technology. We have built a great rapport with out local community and will continue to strive and facilitate our new and existing clients’ hearing journey.
