I’ll be taking a short break, and back to what I love from Monday 6th (yes Easter Monday), sometimes public holidays are easier for clients, and when I can I will work them.

Today I’m jumping straight into ‘appreciation. As a couples therapist I see and hear a lot of the problems (which is my job), but it is important to remind ourselves of what our partner does offer, does bring to the relationship even when it is hard to find.

So, have a go at the 3 points on what you appreciate about your partner, how they have contributed to your day and a quality/strength they showed you in action or words.
