The very first wellness range product was first made 12 years ago. 💜

My FIFO partner was having problems sleeping, he would wake up and couldn't get back to sleep.💤

Knowing the love I had of essential oils and the many benefits using them bring, he asked if I could make something to help him 🙏

The 30ml Lavender Sleepy Sleep Time Sleep Spray was founded. The first one I made had a white mist spray with a clear plastic cap, today its just like in the photo 👇

Little did I know 12 years ago that one spray I made my FIFO partner would lead me to doing what I am today helping many people ❤️

The Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) Sleepy Sleep Time Range today not only has the 30ml Sleep Spray, it also has a 200ml Sleep Spray, 10ml Roller Blend, Magnesium Oil, Aromatherapy Soy Wellness Candle, diffuser blends, and a sleep collection.

Not a fan of Lavender 🤔 the Sleepy Sleep Time Sleep Range is also available in three other aromas, I will share more about these with you over the coming couple of weeks.

I also offer the services of being a Sleep Coach where I help you as a whole person mind, body and soul through Sleep Consultations that are tailored to suit your needs.

Did you know that you can also find a variety of 💯% pure natural diffuser blends which are made by me, Sue.

The essential oils are purchased from a local supplier who purchases them globally.

If you're looking for a particular essential oil and its not on the shop shelf, please don't hesitate to ask me as I may just have it on the shelf at home.

Please remember that essential oils are not to be taken internally due to the potency of them, keep out of reach from children, and dilute in a carrier oil before applying to your skin.
