hey, hi, hello!
i’m jo, a degree-qualified naturopath and personal trainer.
i help athletes, men and women, with health struggles (low energy, IBS, infertility, acne, chronic fatigue, ADHD, weight management, and beyond) heal through nutrition, supplementation and lifestyle changes.
on a weekly basis, i work with my 1:1 patients and guide them through a transformative process of healing and supporting their bodies. i meet with people all over australia virtually in my office in perth, west aus. i love connecting with them face to face on telehealth, messaging throughout the week, making them protocols, running functional labs, and supporting them through the highs and lows of health.
i also have an app for my personal training clients. i write up custom workout programs, tailored to their goals and exercise requirements.
helping people experience the healing power of nourishment is such a passion because i first encountered the impact in my own life. i experienced hypothalamic amenorrhea due to an intense training schedule and a low calorie diet. i had painful bloating and tummy pain. i was diagnosed with ADHD in my mid 20’s and suffered from glandular fever and chronic fatigue syndrome (my full health story to come!).
at my lowest point, i saw a GP who had failed to listen or provide me support, so i change route and met with a naturopath. i was introduced to functional lab testing, nutrition and targeted supplementation. we found the root-cause of my symptoms and addressed them accordingly. healed and incredibly inspired, i then followed my own journey into naturopathy. with the goal to help those that are gym-goers, walkers, athletes, walkers, sportspersons… anyone really, to become the best versions of themselves. inside and out.
