i don’t train the way i used to.
i have way less time now. i train fewer days. i have a completely different body. i’m in a new season of life.
but having my baby reminded me that progress doesn’t come from doing more… it comes from being consistent with what’s realistic.
this is for the mamas who feel like they’re “not doing enough.” i feel you, i see you, i understand you.
