This land, the beautiful bush and gardens, surrounds our quiet haven of healing 🤍🙏🏽 We are so great-full for the traditional custodians of this sacred land, we acknowledge all those past and present, and look forward with love to those emerging.

We are five women, mothers, healers, listeners. Seers, sacred space holders. Here to witness all of you, your souls journey and healing.

🤍 S L O W 🤍

Sometimes we are called to Slow down.

To rest.
To reflect.
To come back to ourselves.

This call can be drowned out by all the demands of everyday life. The whispers of our souls, needing nurturing, can easily go unheard.

So, take a moment. Each day, or week, to sit in quiet stillness and hear you souls whispers.

And if you need to slow down, honour yourself. Rest, fill your cup and keep going with the peace and insight that happens when we are in harmony with our needs.

I am so excited to be moving into a beautiful new healing space, working sharing and collaborating with other beautiful healers.

In July, I will be offering sessions on Saturday mornings (9.30 to 12.30) and Thursdays all day.

How are you feeling with this Full Moon in Sagittarius? 🌕

This Sagittarius Moon will be at it's fullest in Australia this evening and it is all about GROWTH 💥

✨ Are you feeling compelled to take risks and reach for your dreams?! ✨

This Moon is offering us the beauty of expansion and growth, both in our inner and outer worlds.

*You may be feeling into big ideas like what freedom means for you and hopefully you are embracing all that is coming up for you 💫

*This Moon may reveal deep patterns of thinking that have been keeping you playing in your comfort zone. But growth comes from widening our comfort zones and diving deep into our Truth and what holds us back.

Full moons are a time to let go of what no longer serves us, old patterns , beliefs and behaviours. You can thank these old ways for how they served you once, giving gratitude as you let them go and continue to GROW in your unique soul expression ❤

Don't forget to practice grounding your energy, gentle intentional movement, hydration and salt baths to support those energy sensitive people to integrate the Sagittarius Moons wisdom and expansion 🌕

I am so excited to be birthing this new chapter of giving healing support to souls that resonate with my offerings.

I am an Intuitive Energy Healer, I have trained in Reiki and Shamanic healing, often combining both when holding healing space for you.

I have worked previously with Women and children in crisis, those experiencing Family Domestic Violence. I work from a trauma informed and competent place when holding counselling or energy healing space.

I am available for bookings from July for Intuitive Energy healing, holistic counselling or a combination of both. A beautiful healing space is being born to work from. I will update you all soon!

Thank you for being here. I am continually humbled by being able to walk beside those that are healing themselves.

I will hold the light for you, I believe in your ability to heal 💗💫
