You may think your teeth are looking good, but how are they really doing underneath that smile?

It can feel daunting to see your Dentist and we know that, however don’t forget the only way to really prevent any long term undealt oral issues is by regular check-ups and x-rays that can determine the health of your mouth. Absence of pain can be deceiving and doesn't necessarily mean your teeth are well.

This is your reminder!! Don't let the months build up, be brave and make that appointment today...now...if it's overdue!

Are you checking how your children clean their teeth? Why not start spring with a new good habit?

Our Dentists have asked this question to many parents when seeing cavities in their children's teeth and have had answers such as "Do I need to?" or "The kids just brush their own teeth."

It's so important to remember to regularly check how well your children clean their teeth, especially if they are under 10. Making sure they start with good habits - brushing twice a day is super important to prevent cavities. Flossing is also something parents forget to teach their children from a young age. This can be shown from when they have all their baby teeth.
