Menzies is a co-created grass-root movement offering weekly support groups for men of all ages. At the weekly group meeting's attendees can share openly about relevant challenges that they are encountering whilst highlighting positive aspects of one’s life. At the group we aim to encompass and understand the full human experience and allow open sharing and deep listening to take place for one anot
her. Since we began in 2019 the result of doing this has been the development of greater self-awareness, increased physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Overall, attendees have come away with a better sense of wellbeing and ability to function in life. Menzies looks to explore the tough questions and “What it means to be a modern man in today’s world?” We do so because we believe there is an imperative for men to explore and discover themselves for the benefit of all, particularly in this day and age. Our current group consists of a diverse mix of men who are now being seen to make a positive impact in their families, work, and communities due to their engagement with the men’s group.
