Movement and breath have always felt like home to me — the rhythm, the pulse, the stories they unlock. Teaching yoga is more than a role; it’s a responsibility I hold with deep respect. It’s where community, connection and purpose meet.
I’m Yaz Reading, a Perth local, lover, mother, mover and the founder of Pulse Yoga Perth. Since launching in 2019, my mission has been simple: build spaces where people feel seen, supported and empowered through yoga and mindful movement.
Community drives everything I do. Whether it’s a Slow Flow session, a breathwork moment, or a full immersive event, my aim is always the same: to help you rise. To support your strength, soften your edges, and guide you back to your centre.
My hope is that when you step off the mat, you feel nourished, grounded and capable of so much more than you arrived with.
My intention is that you feel seen, supported and genuinely empowered — reminded that your strength, your softness and your story all matter here.
