Learn how to release tension without losing structure. We’ll explore the principle of sung in yoga postures and experience wisdom from both traditions without diluting either practice.
The workshop includes a 75-minute Hatha yoga practice, a short break with tea and organic fruit, followed by a demonstration, explanation, and integration practice.
Intended for yoga teachers, though beginners are welcome to learn foundational principles for a lifelong, sustainable practice.
