💗 From the Heart of a Coach 💗

Every time someone joins my aerial class, I bring my heart, body, and mind fully to the experience. My goal is to share this beautiful craft, pass on what I know, and support each student’s growth.

Aerial arts are naturally challenging. It can feel tough at times, but the more you practice, the more fun and rewarding it becomes for both your body and mind. This discipline requires time, consistency, and commitment to flourish truly.

Teaching has its ups and downs. While I love welcoming new faces, aerial yoga thrives when students come back consistently. Seeing that dedication and progress means everything because transformation takes time. I do this work not for fame or fortune but out of pure love for aerial arts and belief in its power to change lives.

Please be kind. Managing different expectations and levels of understanding can be difficult, especially when teaching the same basics repeatedly. But nothing motivates me more than seeing you challenge yourself and grow ✨️. Your progress fuels my passion and drives me to give my best every day.

Thank you for your trust and commitment. Let’s embrace the challenges, celebrate every victory, and keep rising 🪽

What has your aerial journey taught you?

The Instructor and the benefits of Aerial Yoga

Sharon is your Aerial Yoga instructor. She has been practicing Yoga since 2012, Aerial Yoga and Aerial Acrobatics since 2014.

She discovered Aerial Acrobatics in London, and soon after that she started practicing Aerial Yoga regularly in Melbourne. Sharon fell in love with the practice that helped heal her spinal injury, and soon realized she wanted to share the practice with the world and become a teacher.

She graduated as an Aerial Yoga Instructor from The Aerial Yoga Academy December 2018 and furthered her qualification with The Empowered Center in Midland, graduating in June 2019. Sharon has been teaching to group classes and privately since then.

As a young woman she has always been practicing a great variety of sports: from classical ice-skating to fencing, martial arts and gymnastics, paddle-sports to swimming cycling and horse riding.
