Every Anatomy Trains journey starts somewhere ✨

Anatomy Trains in Structure & Function (ATS&F) is that starting point — and we’re excited to bring it to Perth from the 8th until 10th of May 2026.

ATS&F is the introductory course and prerequisite for further Anatomy Trains study, but it can also be taken as a standalone course.

Over three days, we explore the Anatomy Trains lines, fascia and tensegrity, BodyReading, functional testing, and hands-on techniques — weaving together theory and table work to support more individualised client strategies.

👩‍🏫 Taught by Alexia Langley
🗓 8–10 May 2026

If you’ve been curious about Anatomy Trains, this is your invitation to begin — or to deepen your understanding with a solid, practical foundation.

It was a pleasure to spend three days exploring movement, structure, and new ways of working with the body alongside such an engaged and curious group of students — thank you for bringing your energy, questions, and openness to the space.

A very special thank you to Wojtek Cackowski for sharing his work so generously, to the ZOGA Movement team for their support, and to our wonderful assistant Marta, whose presence and help throughout the workshop made a real difference.

And don’t worry — Wojtek isn’t going anywhere yet! Two more workshops are coming up in Perth:
