But here’s the truth: tight hip flexors aren’t always strong, and they’re not always asking for more stretching.

They might be overworking, under-supported, or holding emotional tension (the psoas is a deep, sensitive muscle connected to our stress response).

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at Reflexions Wellness Collective for our recent Lower Back Pain Workshop! It was truly inspiring to see so many of you take proactive steps towards better health and well-being.

During the workshop, we delved into a variety of exercises and techniques aimed at relieving lower back pain, and we're thrilled to hear how many of you found them beneficial.

We encourage you to continue practicing the exercises we shared and incorporating them into your daily routine. Consistency is key when it comes to maintaining a healthy back and preventing future discomfort.
