Next workshop in Fremantle with Jai Ram
Innocent Roots of Addiction workshop on Sunday was a deep and different exploration of this theme. Definitely one worth repeating and refining over time, as it is one that is relevant for us all.
Coming up next is the workshop User Manual for your Mind.
In this workshop you will learn the simple and profound teachings from Kundalini Yoga on the 3 functional minds and the 3 aspects of universal mind, as well as the cycle of the intellect. The workshop experience is part teachings, part discussion, part experiential exercises & part meditation.
Getting a grasp on how your mind works, you can actively make it work for you rather than against you.
You can clean, train and awaken it to become a beautiful servant of your pure and original self. This is what it is intended for.
This workshop is also a great glimpse into the kind of content we cover in Level One Kundalini Yoga teacher training, so can serve as an insight into that, for anyone interested in knowing more about the training.

My primary goal as a practitioner and teacher is sharing tools for self empowerment, increased self-efficacy and an improved ability for neuro-sensory integration.
A background in Human Services (Mental Health + Learning Disability) and personal success using Tre as a self care tool whilst being treated for neurological issues and anxiety led me to train as Tre facilitator and be able to share this amazing tool.
In my experience, self regulation and grounding in safety within your body in present moments are both paramount to living a happy, vital, calm life. Tre is an amazing and simple mechanism we can ALL use in order to increase connection and vitality in our lives and in our relationships both with ourselves and others.
Kundalini Yoga - The science and technology of kundalini yoga works deeply with the angles and glands of the body and expansively with the nervous system. Increase your awareness by meeting your infinite self, sitting with yourself in a way that allows you to touch into the ‘I Am’ and have more space in your nervous system in order to follow your inner guide and remember your true unbounded potential.
I offer elevating, uplifting Kundalini Yoga + Meditation classes, workshops and
thematic courses.
In addition, an 8 week evidence based ‘Trauma Informed Series’ is offered several times during the year for recovery or reduction of symptoms of Chronic Conditions, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Traumatic Stress and Trauma.
Trauma Informed Kundalini Yoga Therapy aims to reduce symptoms of stress, to increase resilience, stability and rhythmic strength and to improve self regulation skills.
